In case the head of the organisation/owner is not himself submitting the form for the promotional benefit, a communication from him on company’s letter head should be attached with the proforma indicating his representative’s presence on his behalf.

Fixed reimbursement of Air fare to qualifying buyers (as per procedure) AND complimentary hotel stay at New Delhi for three nights during the show, subject to buyers visit at least 2 days to show.

Zone I-*US$ 1000 for Latin American Countries (South America), USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Zone II-*US$ 700 for Europe (incld. CIS), Japan, South Korea, and African Countries.

Zone III-*US$ 300 for Middle East & Gulf and South East Asian Countries.

(Please note the amount to be reimbursed would be the actual cost of ticket or the slab indicated above or whichever is less)

Kindly note the reimbursement would be subject to the following:

  • SUBMISSION OF COMPLETELY FILLED “FORM-B” AT THE TIME OF REIMBURSEMENT.
  • Submission of documents such as self attested photocopy of the air tickets along-with boarding pass; first two and last two pages of the passport, immigration stamp and visa granted pages and VAT & CST No. or its equivalent document (photocopy) used in the buyers country, if any.
  • The insurance, visa or any other expenses of visiting of such buyers shall be borne by them.
  • Buyers will take care of their own insurance and the Council will not take any responsibility about their travel in India.
  • Only one buyer will be invited from one Company. In case of a group company, the specific permission is to be obtained.
  • Submission of the filled form does not necessarily confirm the buyer’s eligibility to claim the benefit of the promotional scheme. Limited financial assistance for travel is available and will be offered through our confirmation letter after the scrutiny of the filled form. Further, the buyer has to submit the completely filled "FORM-B" at the time of reimbursement.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any application, or to cancel the promotional scheme in part or full at any time without assigning any reason.
